Do I need to be a certain belt level to attend?

No — all levels are welcome. We structure sessions so beginners can learn fast and advanced students can go deep.

What's included in the retreat?

Each retreat page lists the exact package options. Most include training, community activities, and optional excursions.

Where is the retreat located?

All retreats take place in Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica with training at Hero Academy.
